Accreditation & Illinois Licensure

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences, Inc.

Students may apply for federal financial aid through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), including Pell Grants and federal student loans.

Cosmetology and esthetician licenses in Illinois are issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Illinois requires 1,500 training hours for a cosmetology license and 750 for an esthetician license, and both Libertyville programs include state board exam preparation.
