Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences, Inc.

Students may apply for federal financial aid through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), including Pell Grants and federal student loans.

Cosmetology, esthetician, and manicurist licenses in Indiana are issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency through the State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners. Indiana requires 1,500 training hours for a cosmetology license and 700 for an esthetician license, and every Highland campus program includes state board exam preparation. Illinois residents who train at Highland should ask an admissions advisor about Illinois licensure requirements before enrolling.

Inside the Highland Campus

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture’s Highland campus opened in 2011 and is about 30 miles south of Chicago. Students train in updated classrooms and a full student clinic salon with spa and nail stations, performing services on real guests under licensed instructors. Full-time day and part-time evening schedules serve working students from Hammond, East Chicago, Calumet City, Griffith, Munster, and across Northwest Indiana.

Students can compare cosmetology, esthetics, and manicuring at one location before choosing.
