To Larry Foster, a well-run school is a better school and his career has been devoted to proving it. As Chief Operating Officer at Tricoci University, he leads strategic initiatives focused on student success, workforce development, and educational innovation, including expanding partnerships around student wellness, neurodiversity, and industry engagement.
He's also the force behind some of Tricoci's most visible programs. Larry founded Tricoci Beauty Blitz, the largest independent student competition in beauty education, drawing more than 1,500 attendees, 25 vendors, and salon hiring partners. His Beauty Boot Camps bring high school students onto campus to explore beauty careers before they've ever filled out an application. Larry believes the pathway to education starts well before enrollment.
Beyond campus, Larry advocates nationally for high standards in licensure and career education, working alongside industry leaders and policymakers to shape the future of the profession.
