An individual hired as a Barber Teacher with start dates January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019 for select Tricoci University of Beauty Culture campuses, will receive a $5,000 incentive bonus. The first $2500 of the bonus will be paid on the paycheck for the pay period following their 1 year anniversary; the second $2500 will be paid on the paycheck for the pay period following their 2 year anniversary. The associate must be currently employed at the time of payout and the bonus is contingent upon a 2-year commitment of employment with TUBC.
